The quick connect grousers known as “Track Claws” were designed by two heavy equipment operators. They saw the need for such a product not only for snow, but ice, mud, & steep terrain. The quick connect grousers have been perfected over a period of 3 years and are manufactured locally in Montana. They have greatly improved our working conditions and safety.
They are simple to install. All you need is a ratchet & socket. They bolt on in a matter of minutes. Anyone can do it right on the job site so they reduce your down time and you no longer have to disconnect the computer system of the newer machines to weld them on. Also the unique “/ \” shaped design provides penetrating traction while minimizing side slippage. They are cast steel & heat treated to provide a durable product that can be reused many times. For pads without cleanout holes a template will be provided. Only 8 to 10 grouser assemblies are required per side on each piece of equipment.
